Things I love about today:
Something smells like garlic bread.
My mom sent me a picture of the butter cow. Which means she is at the State Fair. Which means I am vicariously at the State Fair.
I’m reading books about African NGOs, in particular African NGOs who have to work with a lot of intergovernmental and nongovernmental bureaucracy, to remind myself why I’m doing this program. Which is a timely reminder since orientation is tomorrow morning.
My hair looks great.
